This management form is used to specify which forms can be shown in K2 Business Apps. It maps a K2 form system name to a custom display name, description and whether the form is enabled. Adding a new item is as simple as with any other K2 list view.
After your form has been added, it will not immediately appear in K2 Business Apps. We first need to indicate in which categories the form is available and which project contains this form. Categorizing the form is done by double clicking a row. This will open up a simple subform with a multi-select control.
Left, you’ll find the available categories: App, Form, and Task. Double clicking an item either transfers the item to the other side, thus placing or removing the form from the category. The changes are immediate, so once done, the subform can be closed.
